1. How can I change my CU Link PIN?
You may change your CU Link PIN at PCs in User Area on 1/F, Pi Ch’iu Building or Learning Commons on 6/F of Wu Ho Man Yuen (WMY) Building. [MAP]
We concern about the protection of your personal data, thus, there is no way to retrieve your old PIN from the CU Link. You have to reset the CU Link PIN at the CU Link Card Centre. [MAP]
