Specifications for photos

• Include a full face, front view and open eyes
• Aspect ratio 4 (width) : 5 (height), e.g. 40mm (width) x 50mm (height)
• With white background
• No hat or any head covering
• Suggested to be a recent photo (taken within six months)

     

Formats of photos submitted online

• Image type: JPEG
• File size: 1M or below

Unacceptable photos

• The head of the subject is not in the middle of the photo
• Over-exposure (too bright) or under-exposure (too dark)
• Reflection or glare on the face or glasses
• Faded photos
