Due to CUSIS upgrade, Card Centre has the following arrangement during the CUSIS outage period (6:00pm on 28 Feb to 8:45am on 11 Mar).

1. No student cards can be issued.

2. Reset PIN service is not affected.

3. Report card loss can only be done via CU Link Self-service System (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/CULINK-SelfService/Enquiry.aspx)

4. Staff card services are not affected.
