Due to CUSIS outage, Card Centre has the following arrangement during the CUSIS outage period (21 Apr 00:01 to 25 Apr 08:00).

1. No student cards can be issued.

2. No student card mailing request can be made.

3. Reset PIN service is not affected.

4. Report card loss can only be done via CU Link Self-service System (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/CULINK-SelfService/Enquiry.aspx)

5. Staff card services are not affected.
