Service Maintenance of Student Card Mailing Services and Lost CU Link Reporting Services
Due to system maintenance, the following services will be affected during the period (6:00pm on 10 Feb to 9:00am on 13 Feb).
Service Suspension:
- Student Card Mailing Services (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/CULINK-SelfService/cardmailing.aspx)
Service Degradation:
- Lost CU Link Reporting Services (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/CULINK-SelfService/Enquiry.aspx) : Users can still report their lost cards to the system during the affected period (6:00pm on 10 Feb to 9:00am on 13 Feb). However, all lost cards reported in the affected period will only start to be inactive when system resumes at 9:00am on 13 Feb.
