Staff card services suspension due to CUPIS outage

Due to CUPIS outage, Card Centre has the following arrangement during the CUPIS outage period (22 Dec 13:00 to 27 Dec 23:59).

1. No staff cards can be issued. 2. Card printing status check (for new staff) cannot be done via CU Link Self-service System (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/CULINK-SelfService/Enquiry.aspx). 3. Reset PIN service is not affected. 4. Report card loss can only be done via CU Link Self-service System (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/CULINK-SelfService/Enquiry.aspx) 5. Student card services are not affected.
